Fitness Training with 4-6 participants incorporating strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility training.
Therapeutic Massage Therapy (Returning Clients Only. New Clients please book Initial Massage Session First)
Therapeutic massage involves skilled manipulation of soft tissues to alleviate muscle tension, reduce stress, and promote overall relaxation and well-being. By applying various techniques, it aims to enhance circulation, relieve pain, and improve range of motion.
